Project Features Summary:

This project is located in Lingfeng Street, Anji County, on the west side of Fuyu Road and the north side of Meiling Road. The project site has a floor area ratio of 0.45, with a total above-ground building area of ​​9534 square meters. The functions and areas of the above-ground parts of the site are as follows: one comprehensive service center (1417 square meters), five characteristic restaurants (3318 square meters), one boutique guesthouse (excluding the fire control room) (2594 square meters), and one children's leisure and entertainment center (1903 square meters). There are also a power distribution room, public restrooms, and a garbage room. There is one underground level totaling 3689 square meters.

Design Concept:

The design fully considers the current situation of the project, echoing the Club Med hotel in the northwest corner of the resort area, and combining functions such as catering and guesthouses. It focuses on creating a parent-child themed "catering + guesthouse + children's activity center" space to attract consumers from the resort and villa areas, as well as those seeking purposeful, distinctive, and high-quality commercial experiences. The core concept of the design is to build a parent-child garden commercial town that integrates parent-child social interaction, outdoor environment, and recreational facilities.  It maximizes the project's greenery and landscape, with buildings seemingly scattered like sculptures in a city park, stretching out with a light and gentle posture, incorporating the environment into its embrace, arousing people's desire for repeated exploration, allowing the purest joy of life to flow through the town, creating micro-gardens, micro-farms, and micro-classrooms. With the rapid development of cities, the noisy and congested urban environment and fast-paced life have become tiresome, and a return to nature and a slower pace of life have become the goal of more people. Therefore, this project, relying on the mountain and water scenery, introduces guesthouses and children's amusement facilities, using simple and unpretentious methods to return to nature as much as possible. We believe that this slow-paced mountain and water life has an irresistible appeal to all those who have long been under the pressure of a fast-paced life.

Architectural Space:

This project is parent-child themed, with the children's leisure and entertainment area centrally located in terms of function and position. The overall architectural style and form are also the biggest highlight of the project; the circular shape and space are full of childlike fun and rich imagination. The main restaurants are centered around children's leisure and entertainment, and are all stand-alone buildings, forming a courtyard-style commercial street that provides an excellent experience. The guesthouses are located on the north side of the project, situated along the river, fully utilizing the water features and bringing continuous vitality to the project. The design of the interior lobby, breakfast area, and public spaces provides guesthouse guests with a richer stay experience. The open-air public grand staircase and terrace with comprehensive service functions offer stunning views and have become a new popular photo spot.
